Angela Jean Watkins, age 43 and a resident of Baytown, Texas, passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2013. She was born January 14, 1970 in Cleveland, Texas to parents, Roy Randall Shafer and Beverly Wilburn. Visitation will be held Sunday December 29, 2013 5:00-9:00 p.m. Pace Stancil Funeral Home Chapel, Cleveland Texas. Bill Shafer will preside over funeral services held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, December 30, 2013, Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Interment will be at Plum Grove Cemetery, Plum Grove Texas. Survivors include her husband, Daniel Maurice Watkins; daughter, Jessica Danielle Watkins; son, Roy Ransom Lee Watkins; father, Roy Shafer and wife Donna, mother Beverly Kaack and husband Lee; sisters, Randa Marlow, Toni Drews, Renee Kaack; step-sisters, Jenny, Teresa, Stephanie; step-brother, David; and numerous nieces, nephews and many other cherished family members and treasured friends throughout the years.
