Ada Marie Crawford, age 77, of Shepherd, Texas, passed away Thursday, January 03, 2013 in Conroe, Texas. She was born in Lufkin, Texas on June 24, 1935 to parents Marvin Thomas Scott and Laura Elizabeth Scott who preceded her in death along with her husband Joe Crawford. Visitation will be held Sunday, January 06, 2013, 5:00-9:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Pastor Darrell McAdams will preside over funeral services being held 10:00 a.m., Monday, January 07, 2013 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel, Cleveland, Texas with interment at Farley Chapel Cemetery, Shepherd, Texas. Survivors include her children Elizabeth Ann Johnston, Floyd Thomas Scott Jr.; sisters Myrtle Lee Hughes and Janie Marie McAdams; brother Floyd Thomas Scott; grandchildren Amy Elizabeth Nickle and husband Norman, Eric Johnston; with numerous nieces, nephews, and other cherished family members and friends.
