Abigail Elizabeth Garcia

Abigail “Abby” Elizabeth Garcia, 11 of Dayton passed away Friday, December 1, 2017 in Houston, Texas.

Services for Abby will be 6:00 pm, Friday, December 8, 2017 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends on Friday evening 4:00 p.m. until service time.

Abby was born in Galveston, Texas to parents Adam Garcia and Elizabeth Rasch Garcia. She had been a resident of Dayton for the past eight years and was currently attending Woodrow Wilson Junior High. Abby enjoyed playing softball. Her future interest were volleyball and participating in track. She always wanted to be a veterinarian.

Abby was preceded in death by her father, Adam Garcia and her grandmother, Teresa Martinez. She is survived by her mother, Elizabeth Rasch of Dayton; grandparents, Anthony and Clara Kilgore of Dayton; Serigo Martinez of Pasadena; Beatrize Melendez of Baytown; great-grandparents, Joe and Codie Kilgore of Lufkin, Maria Reyna of LaMarque and Carolyn Duncan of Highlands; brothers, Garret Rasch and Xavier Garcia of Dayton; also numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
